Where people live, work and play can influence the development and progress of crhnoic disease and conditions. So, the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) is launching the Transdiciplinary Collaborative Centers for Health Disparities Research on Chronic Disease prevenetion program.
